Assessments Are Past Due

Assessments were due by 30 June.  If you have not paid yet, there is still time.  Pay before July 31st to avoid a penalty!  Not sure whether you've paid or need another invoice? Just let us know via email at poquosonheritagecove@gmail.com.

Neighborhood News

Thanks to all who participated in the Annual Membership Meeting either in person or by proxy.  Congratulations to Mike Ship and Andy Rule who were elected to 3 year terms.  The board also welcomes Lori Gross, who was appointed to a one year term to fill a vacancy.  She'll be a welcome addition.
